Rebuke and Condemn Evil!

open rebuke is better than secret love

There is a strong difference between judging and rebuking.  The distinction is that rebuking seeks to CORRECT the offender rather than condemning them. Unfortunately, many offenders take issue at being corrected and prefer to turn it around and accuse the rebuker (or victim) of wrongdoing rather than admit they were wrong and change their own behavior.  Although the Bible does tell us not to judge one another, it also instructs us very clearly to rebuke those who do evil, as well as those who hurt us.

Another way of looking at rebuking vs. judging is that rebuking involves facts, while judging involves assumptions. Here is an example:  when you disapprove of/protest/confront an abuser for behaving in ways that hurt other people (fact), and he responds by accusing you of not being a good Christian (assumption) (because you are confronting him, not honoring him, or for whatever reason), then you are rebuking him, but he is judging you.

Jesus and the Apostles were very bold and rebuked and condemned evil. They even openly rebuked people in the church for doing evil, in order to strengthen the church… a few examples…

1 Timothy 5:20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. Luke 17:3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. 2 Timothy 4:2 2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. Titus 1:13 This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Titus 2:15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.”
If we don’t warn someone in error to turn from evil, we are partly responsible. “Ezekiel 33:8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.”
Jesus was VERY bold openly!…
“Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.; O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things?; Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?; Thou hypocrite, ye have made it a den of thieves; Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.; Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified.”

It is a grave injustice to see a brother or sister entangled in sin and not address it in Love. Being politically correct or neutral when it comes to sin is not what God has called us to do.We must not be afraid of people or the backlash that comes from speaking the truth, when GOD is the one we must answer to.

Prayer:

Heavenly Father I thank you for helping us to understand that rebuking and condemning evil is a Kingdom command to strengthen your Bride. Help us to come into Unity of the faith Lord and stand firm against the onslaught of the enemy. Thank you for giving us the strength to humble ourselves to receive correction and instruction when it is necessary in our own lives. In Jesus name…Amen

You Shall Surpass!

…Cry aloud, You who have not labored with child!

For more are the children of the desolate, Than the children of the married woman,” says the Lord. Isaiah 54:1

This is a direct command from God to offer a sacrificial praise to Him in the midst of unfruitfulness!

He is speaking to the ones that have tried over and over again to make it happen but couldn’t. The disappointed, the bitter and broken. It may seem like your life has been a vicious repeat and a Groundhog day from hell, but God is quickening you by His Spirit to CRY OUT in praise to Him for the very thing that there is no evidence of…,your fruitfulness!

The Word of God says

Now, Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the EVIDENCE of things unseen (Hebrews 11:1)

The very thing we do not see, by FAITH we have assurance that it exists! And notice here in Hebrews it says NOW FAITH IS! This is a now, current and present belief and assurance that we have it already!

So knowing this we can praise God in advance of the manifestation! Start praising him now for the miracle, start rejoicing now for the breakthrough! God is turning your sorrow into joy, your bitter into sweet and your barrenness into fruitfulness!

You will make it, you SHALL NOT die! You will have what God says you will have! You shall see the goodness of God in the land of the living!

Your results will surpass those who had all the “right stuff” to make it! Your harvest will be greater! Your marriage will be greater! Your children will be taught of the Lord! Your Healing will be Greater!

It’s no news baby when a married couple has a newborn, but it will make WORLD news when a barren woman gives birth!

Let God glorify Himself in you today! Hallelujah!

Prayer: Father, today I yield myself to be used as a living display of your Glory. No matter how much it hurts or how challenging it may be, I trust you God! Help me today to focus on your Goodness instead of the situation. In Jesus name , Amen.

Breaking Ungodly soul ties

couple_tied1There are false messages that we are trained in believing from a child into our adulthood ,which affect our current reality. We take those lies and make them a present reality.

This causes us to walk in fear because of the lies that the enemy told us.

So, what we do in reality( in that false reality) is we try to fix things within ourselves that can only be fixed by God.

God wants us to replace those lies with the Word of God….which is reality!

These messages cause us To walk in fear instead of the fruit of the spirit, which in turn leads us into an ungodly soul tie relationship ,which becomes idolatry.

The key to this is in John 14 chapter 6 where Jesus says onto them I am the way the truth and the life no man comes unto the father but by me. Jesus said I am the way the truth and the reality! You have been on the wrong path but I am the way I am the course that you belong on! You cannot separate God from his word according to John chapter 1 it says in the beginning of the Word was God and the Word was with God and the Word was God.

The word is my reality …not my injury …

not my childhood

not the way I was raised

not the trauma

not my past.

If you don’t get the lies corrected by the Word of God  you will have eight marriages, you’ll be on drugs, you’ll be addicted to fear, addicted to pornography, losing your mind, committing suicide and depressed.

The first and the number one job for us to do is to  acknowledge the lie!

You have got to get real with yourself!

Acknowledge the lie! Get your head out of the sand and acknowledge the lie that you have been living.

“Why do I do what I do?”

Leviticus chapter 26:40- 42. If they shall confess their iniquity…

Iniquity is Beyond a sin where I’ve missed the mark. It’s a tendency to sin that has a stronghold on you.

God says  acknowledge, and then He will remember His covenant. He said confess AND repent= change your mind.

The next step is you have to Reject it.

Casting down imaginations in every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God!

God said that we are to take authority over it .When he said that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rises against us and judgment we shall condemn. That includes the tongues of demonic spirits  not just people!

So the minute the lie comes I have to acknowledge it and reject it by the blood of Jesus. Declaring…

” I reject the lie that Satan is saying to me by the blood of Jesus ,and I send complication and confusion into the enemies camp.”
After you acknowledge and reject it then you have to replace it with the word of God.

Joshua 1:8  Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

You have to meditate and do the word. Fill yourself with the word.

DECLARE NOW!
I am fearfully and wonderfully made  Psalm 139:14
I am his workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works Ephesians 2:10

Nobody owns me I’m yielding  my gifts for their benefit.

I am victorious I am established to the end.

Nobody can take me out I already win!

I am called by God.

I’m not entitled I’m empowered !

Deuteronomy 28 :2 All these blessings will come upon you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God:

The blessing will overtake me I don’t have to go looking for blessing.

God’s presence is my priority!

Colossians 2:10 I am complete in him!

Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus, we lift up the false message of ___________ to you and acknowledge it for the lie that it is. Lord we declare right now in Jesus name, that we receive your Word as reality in our life and by faith we replace all false messages, spoken over us and/or believed as true, with Your Word. From this point forward God, we will reject any thoughts or spoken words over us, that would try and lead us back to the false messages of satan. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ the Anointed one over our mind, will and emotions therefore demolishing any and all ungodly soul tie that has tried to keep us bound. We declare freedom and victory in Jesus name, AMEN!!! Hallelujah!

Run Til I Finish …. Encouragement for the weary!

When God calls you to your destiny,
He shows you the end result. He shows you the “vision” of what it is He’s calling you to. Often at first we are so full of passion and zeal to go at it like a gladiator running into the arena to face their opponent. But what happens when you get into the center of that arena only to find that your opponent is stronger, faster, mightier and more experienced than you? What happens when the unexpected happens?
When God told Abram that he would be the father of many nations He didn’t show him that he would have to wait until he was almost a hundred years old when he would have his “child of promise”. When God told Noah that a flood would come He didn’t tell him he would be scoffed at by his family and peers for nearly a hundred years before the first drop of rain would fall! When Jesus called Saul to the ministry He didn’t show him that he would be shipwrecked, beaten, jailed, and bitten by a rattlesnake!
Why is it that when God calls us to our destiny, we seem to think that we will NOT have to suffer? Paul said in Hebrews 5:8 of Jesus Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered! This word obedience in the Greek is the word Hupakoe which means,
1. obedience, compliance, submission
2. obedience rendered to anyone’s counsels, an obedience shown in observing the requirements of Christianity
When Christ submitted to The Father’s plan for His life He submitted to the suffering involved as well.
Paul said also in
Php 3:8
Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for * the Excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
The Word of God also tells us in Philippians
4:12
Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

4:13
But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy

Paul also said in
2 Co 12:9
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
You see that when we are on that road to destiny we cannot think that it will be without opposition, trial and suffering some things, however we do find that “place of trust” in the “valleys”. The word of God tells us that Jesus is called “the lily of the valley”. This would imply that the valley is where He reveals Himself to us in this way… not on the mountain top! We learn that God’s grace is sufficient in the valley; we find that God’s provision is revealed so sweetly in the valley and we learn to be more intimate with Christ in the valley! The Lord also endows us with supernatural strength when we are weak. The joy of the Lord is truly our strength and we should count it all strength when we face opposition, because it’s for our transition into the next level of glory for our lives.
Besides, I truly believe that if God were to show us all the “mess” in the middle of our destination, we wouldn’t want to go through it, we would cave in and quit.
I would rather be like Paul when all is said and done …
Hebrews 12:1
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.
2 Tim 4
4:7
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

4:8
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

I’m going to run til I finish! Will you?
