SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

Examine the things that are not working in your life and circumstances.  Your first instinctive reaction to finding something wrong is to overreact.   But, instead of making broad, sweeping changes you would be wise to begin with small, incremental adjustments that will not throw you off balance.  Be strong and remain steadfast in truth and in the things that are working for you, says the Lord.
Galatians 6:4 But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

In all situations we all have the responsibility to exercise or response ability. Most situations that go bad come from reacting giving back what’s been given(attitude, rudeness, sarcasm, etc.) The golden rule is Luke 6:31 treat others as you would like to be treated” not how they treat you. The proper response is to glorify or Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
